Absolutely Beautiful Michelle! I loved your version, your thoughts and experiences and way to smoke it! You brought tears to my eyes with your ending. Just like that movie “On A Clear Day”. When you haven’t seen anything but water for hours, that moment you touch sand/land is the grandest.

Congradulations! Only a parent of two swimmers can really know all the work and what an accomplishment swimming the English Channel must me. I have gone across the English Channel in a boat and I thought that was long. I enjoyed reading your story. Will look forward to the pictures. Joanne Neis
